Paul Cohen
Professor Paul Cohen is a consultant and clinician scientist at the Western Australian Gynaecological Cancer Service, King Edward Memorial Hospital, and the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research in Perth, Western Australia. Paul’s research focusses on biomarkers to predict chemotherapy resistance in high-grade serous ovarian cancer, gynaecological cancer epidemiology, and the follow-up of patients affected by gynaecologic malignancies.
Paul is the Principal Investigator of two multicentre phase 2 clinical trials. He is the current chair of the Australia and New Zealand Gynaecological Oncology Group (ANZGOG) Research Advisory Committee, chair of the International Gynecological Cancer Society (IGCS) Education Committee, and a Board Director of ANZGOG and the IGCS. Paul is also on the eviQ Cancer Genetics Reference Committee and is a member of the Editorial Boards of the International Journal of Gynecological Cancer and Scientific Reports.
